RESEARCH
Research included reviewing leading talent and recruitment websites to identify UX best practices and content strategies that improve clarity and engagement. User expectations around searching for job opportunities and understanding HR services were studied to optimize layout and navigation. CRM and backend systems were evaluated to choose a solution that balances secure content management with efficient updates. Frontend flow mapping helped structure key components like service pages, contact forms, and career sections for intuitive use.
