PROJECT GOALS
The project aimed to modernize Mercedes Turkey’s traditional catalogue experience and elevate digital customer engagement.

RESEARCH
Research focused on understanding customer expectations for digital automotive catalogues and identifying gaps in traditional brochure-based experiences. Existing automotive apps and competitor platforms were analyzed to benchmark interactivity, media usage, and dealer connectivity. User journeys were mapped to reduce friction between vehicle exploration and dealership contact, ensuring a seamless transition from browsing to inquiry.

The user flow was designed to guide users seamlessly through the product while minimizing friction at every step. Each interaction is intentionally structured to ensure clarity, intuitive navigation, and a smooth progression toward the desired outcome.

Upon launching the app, users are presented with a curated selection of featured Mercedes models. High-quality visuals, key specifications, and highlights help users quickly explore options and build interest without overwhelming them.
Dealer Discovery
Users can easily locate nearby Mercedes dealerships using GPS and map-based discovery. Location-aware results ensure relevance, while filters help users find dealers based on proximity, availability, or preferred models.
Direct Inquiry
The app enables instant communication with dealerships directly from the model or dealer page. Users can call, message, or submit inquiries without leaving the app, shortening the path from interest to action.
Follow-Up
Dealers respond through integrated communication channels, allowing the sales conversation to continue seamlessly. Timely follow-ups ensure users stay engaged while moving closer to test drives or purchase decisions.
