RESEARCH
Research focused on analyzing existing lead management workflows to identify inefficiencies caused by manual tracking and fragmented tools. Marketing and sales data flows were studied to design a system that unifies capture, scoring, and follow-ups. CRM processes and industry-standard lead qualification models were evaluated to ensure accurate prioritization and smooth sales handoff.
