The primary objective was to modernize logistics operations through a centralized and automated transportation management platform.

User journeys were mapped in detail to simplify complex logistics processes and improve overall operational efficiency.

The platform enables efficient onboarding and management of carriers and vendors through built-in compliance checks and document management. Users can upload, verify, and track required documents in one place, ensuring regulatory adherence and smoother operational coordination.
Tracking & Visibility
Real-time shipment tracking provides end-to-end visibility across the logistics lifecycle. Status updates are accessible through dedicated portals, allowing stakeholders to monitor progress, anticipate issues, and maintain transparency throughout the shipment journey.
