What we were hired to build.
T-TMS is an AI-powered cloud transportation management system for freight brokers and asset-based carriers. It provides real-time shipment visibility, automated workflows, and fully customisable dashboards spanning vendor management, contract pricing, settlement and reporting — with three signature AI layers: voice-based call taking, rate analysis and computer-vision document verification.
How we planned
Six brokers, one shared platform.
T-TMS is a multi-client SaaS platform serving six named brokers, including Come Get It Trucking, Red Dog Logistics, California Delivery Services, Chief Freight Lines, PDQ America and Rediehs Freight Lines. Discovery started with real dispatcher shifts — we sat with schedulers to map every inbound call, every rate check, every document reconciliation. The three AI features were engineered to layer on top of the core TMS rather than replace it: voice AI handles 24/7 inbound/outbound calls with intent detection; the rate engine continuously ingests carrier rates, fuel and demand data; the document verification stack uses OCR plus signature validation to flag inconsistencies on bills of lading and contracts.
How we delivered
A production SaaS live for over a decade.
A production cloud SaaS live since 2013 and continuously evolved. Real-time dashboards; vendor management workflows; contract and settlement modules; EDI support; twenty-plus integration partners. Native Android + iOS driver apps, PHP + MongoDB on AWS, supporting 1000+ concurrent trucks. The voice AI logs and classifies every call into the CRM. The rate engine updates hourly. Document verification runs in real time — no batch, no manual handoff.
What we learnt
Freight is a relationship business.
Freight is a relationship business; automation must preserve human agency. Voice AI works best when it identifies intent and escalates edge cases rather than pretending to handle every call. The rate engine’s real value is trend forecasting — what to bid next week — not just reporting on today’s market.
